Sessions may include:

- Time‑management and organisation strategies
- Reducing overwhelm and improving emotional regulation
- Study skills and productivity techniques
- Navigating relationships with ADHD
- Identifying environments and roles that support your success
- Lifestyle factors that support ADHD (nutrition, exercise, hydration)
- Sleep difficulties and routine building
- Managing overwhelm and emotional load
- ADHD in relationships and communication
- Workplace challenges and reasonable adjustments
- Career exploration and finding roles that align with ADHD strengths
After Each Session
You will receive:
- Tailored resources relevant to the topics discussed
- A clear, personalised action plan to help you implement strategies between sessions
